Terms of references for the Technical Advisory Group on Regulatory System Strengthening (TAG-RSS)

Overview

To ensure impartiality and transparency in the decision-making process for designating regulatory authorities as WLAs and the determination of maturity levels of regulatory systems, the TAG-RSS will render an independent opinion to WHO thereby providing an additional level of assurance that a due process was followed in benchmarking and performance evaluation and that WHO decisions for listing or delisting of WLAs and Maturity Level 3/4 (ML 3/ML 4) are supported by evidence.
