Apply for your institution to become a member of the Global Initiative on Digital Health by filling out the form below.

Membership

• Membership is open to all institutions engaged in digital health at the regional or global level.
• Institutions with activities primarily at the national level are encouraged to be in touch with the national governance mechanisms to strengthen alignment with national digital priorities. For questions on the national governance mechanism in your country, please reach out to the respective WHO Country Office, WHO Regional Office or send an email to [email protected].
• As part of the application process, you will be asked to respond to questions related to your institution and its work in digital health.
• Filling in the form should not take more than 15 minutes.
